Healthglo is a locally, family owned and operated club striving to provide a wellness service to the wider community.
Having been involved in the fitness industry since 1982 we have wanted to provide a facility and service that can fulfil the needs of the wider community. Since 1969, the club has evolved and morphed into what we have today providing the indoor pool, group fitness studio, cycle studio, functional training studio, dance studio, circuit, cardio and weight training zones. Our comprehensive group exercise program is backed up with our virtual group exercise program system and our wellness app that can provide guidance and assistance when our trainers are not available.
