Curves is a facility specially designed for women featuring a complete 30 minute workout and weight management program that is fun - fast and safe. You get a complete body workout on the circuit and as our equipment is hydraulic - the workout is safe for any fitness level. We have a variety of classes that we run on the Circuit – Arms - Legs - Core - Cardio - Balance - Strength & Stretch and Dance & Tone. sessions. A qualified Curves coach is on the circuit with you at all times keeping you motivated to achieve results.
