I'm a Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV) specialising in chronic pain management and injury rehabilitation since 2016. My approach is conservative and gentle—I believe in meeting clients where they are and helping them build strength and confidence at their own pace.
Having worked in various fitness roles including gym instruction, CrossFit, and Les Mills classes, I've learned that sustainable progress comes from understanding your body rather than pushing through pain. My wife lives with chronic pain, which has given me personal insight into the challenges my clients face and reinforced my commitment to empathetic, patient coaching.
I hold Level 1 certifications in Animal Flow and Pre-script, providing practical frameworks for designing programs and addressing movement issues effectively. My background in IT (Computer Science degree) helps me break down complex concepts and explain how the body works in accessible ways.
I work with people one-on-one and in small semi-private groups, particularly those who understand exercise should be part of their lives but aren't sure how to start safely. My goal is to share knowledge that empowers you to take control of your health and discover what your body can do, without fear or uncertainty.
