I am a War Veteran and Fitness Professional located in Grovedale Victoria. I operate primarily out of my home gym and occasionally with clients at the gym they're members of. I have over 5 years' experience working with a range of clients, including older adults, persons with special needs funded under the NDIS, and young children. I have a background in boxing and incorporate those learnings into my sessions. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University.
