This course is aimed at Fitness Professionals wishing to expand their repertoire of exercise to enhance posture - intesegmental stability and body awareness. A thorough understanding of the principle and practice of the Pilates exercises will allow the practitioner to design and implement a sucessful program for their clients of any fitness level. Prerequisities are that you have completed Level 1 Matwork course with us previously or are able to show RPL for that module.
