This two-day course is for existing Group Fitness and/or Pilates instructors who are seeking to add another class to their repertoire. Express Barre combines techniques from Ballet, Pilates and Dance to give you the tools to create either 45 or 60 minute Barre classes that leave your participants feeling long and strong.
