Easy Moves offers participants a range of entry-level function-based exercise classes that are specifically designed to improve flexibility, balance, strength and joint mobility across all areas of the body.
By enhancing these functions, you will assist participants to be more physically active, become stronger, achieve better balance and become more mobile. Ultimately, these improved abilities will help them to stay independent, live the life that is important to them and to be able to do the things they value and enjoy.
Easy Moves classes are pre-planned for you, meaning that you can focus on other elements that make your classes successful and enjoyable for participants, such as safety, communication and ensuring everyone can leverage the social aspects of group fitness.
Training is 100% online and consists of a compulsory Theory module, then a selection of classes:

*Exercise Bands
*Relax and Meditate
