ASB education and accreditation builds on the skills and passion of the Fitness Professional and provides additional skills for developing programs and adapting exercises for the older population and navigating the health and aged care systems.

excellence in aged care and community services. NovaCare has over 30 years’ experience
in service delivery for older Australians.

Novacare also delivers the ActiveStrongerBetter exercise program for older people,
in conjunction with Hunter Ageing Alliance, focused on improving functional mobility,
maintaining independence and incorporating social wellbeing.
