The 'Pilates Reformer Level 2' course, lasting 1 day and delivered face-to-face, is designed for intermediate practitioners or those who have completed a Level 1 Reformer course. This workshop aims to deepen participants' knowledge of advanced Pilates Reformer exercises, including Classical, Contemporary, and Jumpboard variations. By the end, participants will be proficient in these exercises, able to teach them confidently, and equipped to apply safety measures effectively. Additionally, they will learn to assess and correct technique in both themselves and others.
