Mastering Menopause with Pilates is a comprehensive course designed for Pilates and Fitness professionals seeking to support clients through the physiological and biomechanical changes of perimenopause and menopause. This course provides evidence-based strategies to enhance bone health, pelvic floor function, joint stability, and core strength while addressing symptoms such as hot flushes, sleep disturbances, mood fluctuations, and weight changes.

This is a blended course with 6 hours of online content which is self paced, 1 hour of online assessments, plus 6 hours of Face to Face/live online delivery. This face to face /live online component will be recorded and uploaded back into the course content.

Participants will explore the hormonal shifts that influence movement patterns, muscle activation, and recovery, enabling them to tailor their teaching for menopausal clients effectively. The course covers:

The online course contains 5 modules.
