Movement That Organises: Therapeutic Pilates for Children
Structured Movement. Organised Minds. Stronger Bodies.
Movement That Organises: Therapeutic Pilates for Children explores how structured, intentional movement can support regulation, coordination, posture, and confidence in children.
This 2-hour in-person workshop provides Pilates professionals with a framework for working safely and effectively with children presenting with developmental differences, neurodivergence, postural challenges, growth-related concerns, or injury history.
Through discussion, demonstration, and a live child case study, participants will observe how Pilates principles can be adapted to meet the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of children while maintaining engagement and therapeutic intent.
