In this hands-on, experiential workshop, you’ll use Franklin Method principles, guided imagery, and movement exploration to:
Experience pelvic mobility and stability
Integrate organised, rhythmic movement into your practice
Observe and support movement quality in yourself and others

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
Describe the concept of natural bone rhythms in the pelvis and their relevance to movement, alignment, and posture.
Identify and experience pelvic movement patterns using Franklin Method principles.
Apply imagery, dynamic alignment, and somatic awareness techniques to enhance pelvic mobility and stability.
Integrate rhythmic, natural movement of the pelvis into exercise, Pilates, or functional movement sessions.
Observe and assess movement quality and rhythm in the pelvis to inform instruction and client programming.
Recognize how the pelvis interacts with core, spine, and lower limbs to influence overall movement efficiency.
