Additional Information

SacroIliac Joint (SIJ) dysfunction is a very common issue in our modern world and in our movement studios and clinics. With more sedentary lifestyles, technology and other stresses contributing to the rise of SIJ dysfunction, having a base of strategies and repertoire applications to address clients with SIJ needs, is essential. This workshop provides an understanding of the condition as it commonly presents in clients, and offers exercise strategies and applications for restoring balance to the SIJ.
