Boxing for fitness is a course designed for participants to master pad holding - technical boxing drills - combinations - head movement and footwork to facilitate to their clients. All participants will leave as better boxers with a massive range of new skills for their clients and themselves. This course is designed to give participants world class practical boxing experience relative to fitness and personal training. We have online course options at http://www.furtheryourfitness.com.au/online-courses Boxing for Fitness will take participants through each individual technical cue for each punch. We want all trainers to leave with improved knowledge and skills in boxing and next level pad holding skills. We will teach trainers to transition correctly - how to call combos - combo order and what combos work well in order to stay balanced and powerful. Personal trainers can gain certification - 9 CEC's and many unique skills that are practical and relative.
