The Technical Boxing Series of workshops has been designed for gyms & trainers who want to take their coaching and sessions to a higher level of standard rather than the standard industry boxing fitness norms. This workshop will focus on the Body Punch and can be delivered in 2-3 hours at one of our locations or at your gym. (pending instructor availability) A.
