Course Aim
This course aims to equip personal trainers with the knowledge, confidence, and awareness to understand the role of gut health in overall wellbeing, exercise performance, recovery, and client outcomes — while remaining within professional scope of practice.
By completing this course, participants will gain a clear understanding of how gut function, lifestyle factors, and the nervous system interact; how to recognise common gut-related symptoms and red flags; and how to support clients through evidence-based lifestyle strategies or appropriate referral pathways when needed.
