Bungee Fly Fit takes you out of your head and into your body! A mix of high-intensity interval training (low) cardio core, resistance, and strength training transforms your whole body.
We are here to teach you how to fly - exploring the bungee fitness movements and exercises from introduction beginners -to intermediate poses.

We start you with gentle gyro tonic movements so that you familiarize yourself with your bungee cords and harness.
You will learn to connect with your bungee cords to work together. You will increase your flexibility - mobility - strength - abdominals - and lumbar spine - activating your core and trunk muscles and postural awareness. We also run a not-for-profit that helps special needs kids and adults (Celebrating Abilities Inc.). Margie has over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry!
