The important role that Personal Trainers now play in the medical industry referral network workingwith doctors - physios - speciallist etc. Resistance Training benefits Cardiovascular Training benefits - including the calculating ofheart rate zones & intensities specifically designed for the older adult Older Adult initial screening & assessment protocals including monitoring blood pressure whilst resting & exercising - specific aerobic & functional strength testing protocals designed specifically for the older adult. He has been lecturing the certificate III & IV in fitness education for over 14years - and through his experience at different Registered Training Organisations - has developed into a first class lecturer and presenter. Dale has also written - developed and presents all the fully accredited fitness courses listed above which are all aimed towards current qualified personal trainers needing to upgrade their knowledge and skill in order to maintain their qualifications.
