The Advanced Personal Training Tools workshop is a course designed at moving away from what may normally be associated as traditional Tools of the Fitness expert. Fitness tools such as the BOSU - Medicine Balls - Dura Discs and Fit balls traditionally fit into this category. This particular workshop however looks at equipment and exercises that have been around for a long time but not you’re every day piece of training equipment used with the average Personal Training client. He kick started his career by completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise Science at the Australian Catholic University and during this time - began working as a Personal Trainer. his extensive knowledge and energetic nature - Dale quickly established a stable client base which he still maintains today. He has been lecturing the certificate III & IV in fitness education for over 14years - and through his experience at different Registered Training Organisations - has developed into a first class lecturer and presenter. Dale has also written - developed and presents all the fully accredited fitness courses listed above which are all aimed towards current qualified personal trainers needing to upgrade their knowledge and skill in order to maintain their qualifications. Dale currently offers seven fully accredited workshops and is developing new ones.
