About Aerial Yoga Aerial Yoga represents an opportunity for an increased sense of awareness in physical practice. Participants get to explore their bodies in new planes of movement and from a new perspective – their world view quite literally turns upside down! With the body fully supported by the fabric and free from the effects of gravity the spine decompresses which can help alleviate lower back issues. This program combines circus-style conditioning with traditional yoga sequences and relaxation inducing poses with an emphasis on safety - including education around spotting and aerial rigging.
