Our 150 hour training program is not designed for quick certification - but rather to teach the barre style of exercise in an in-depth and considered manner. If you truly wish to undertake a training program of the highest calibre - this is the barre teacher training program to do. Delivered by Barre Body Training & Development Manager - Teresa Valentini - the 150 hour training program covers elements of ballet - barre conditioning - Pilates and yoga and gives you a complete toolkit to teach barre style classes. This is not a Barre Body licensing program - but rather an in-depth Barre Teacher Training program to empower you to create and design your own barre classes and teach anywhere. The training will cover a core set of exercises - true to Lotte Berk’s original style of Barre that has become enormously popular in the United States over the past decade. The format we will teach you integrates the original Lotte Berk exercises with Pilates and yoga principles to create a flowing - dynamic and challenging class that focuses on small - isolated movements. During the program - you will receive a 20% discount on casual classes and class packages (valid for 12 months following the date of your enrolment). Your teachers - Miriam and Teresa - are some of the very best in the business. Teresa is extensively trained in ballet - Pilates - yoga and barre - having undertaken over 1200 hours of Pilates and Barre teacher training alone and having danced for many years with a ballet company in the US. Miriam presents nationally in Pilates and Fitness - and currently holds Certificate IV qualifications in Pilates - Fitness - Allied Heatlh Assistance and Workplace Training and Assessment.
