This workshop provides Pilates strategies, applications and programming to address rotational pelvic posture.
We focus on pelvic rotation that will also offer strategy and application for other rotational postural presentations. The course is based around restoring balance, activating and stabilising, and progressively increasing load and challenge. Learn how to select and combine exercises as well as integrate Pilates wedges in the Pilates studio environment to intervene with a chronic rotational pelvic posture.
