The course is run over a full day and is a blend of practical and theoretical learning. Final exam encompasses both.

All gear and equipment is provided on the day (gloves and handwraps). Certificate upon completion gives the holder accreditation to be an Ares Boxing Pad Holder. Accreditation is also recognised by insurance so you can safely train others.
