Level 1 Live FST® Course - Ongoing in the USA

FST Level 1 is based on the beginning level of FST concepts which are assisted stretching techniques. It is evidence-based hands-on stretching of the connective tissue system and incorporates a large variety of innovative tri-planar assisted movements to stretch and shift fascial planes; resulting in increased flexibility, mobility and strength, as well as improved musculoskeletal alignment and posture. FST is a full-body technique that optimizes the overall function, health, and well-being of the client.

The student will be awarded a Level I Certification after attending all 5 days and completing the entire 38 hours of instruction. In addition to the requirements in the live course, they must also complete and pass an online exam prior to class commencing based on foundational knowledge needed with a minimum passing grade of 80%. The final requirement is to demonstrate and confirm their skill level of the material on all of the instructors. This confirmation is done during a practical exam that is conducted over a two-hour period on the last day of class.
