Welcome To The CC Community! We train inside to get fitter and more confident. We ride outside for the journey. The Purpose To increase endurance - power and strength using an indoor bicycle. The Performance Using tailored & accurate training zones - you ride at your personal fitness level but do it in group. We make training efficient and effective taking the guess work out of your fitness improvements. Classes are colour coded - programmed using science and delivered to give you the outcome you are looking for. If you want to be stronger – train for strength. (RED CLASS – HILLS) If you want to be more powerful – train for power. (GREEN CLASS) If you want to fitter – train for aerobic capacity. (YELLOW CLASS) If you want to better at everything – cross train in a single session. (PINK CLASS) If you want time ride with the Rhythm of the music – cross train with BEATZ (BEATZ CLASS) If you want more endurance – go long in the ENDURO 70min + sessions. If you are competitive - in any way against yourself or against others - our (opt in/out) leaderboard that will keep you focused and motivated to continually improve.
