I’m an experienced Les Mills BodyPump and BodyBalance instructor with over a decade of teaching experience, passionate about creating inclusive and supportive fitness environments. My classes cater to people from all walks of life, with adaptable options to suit varying fitness levels and physical mobility.
Having recently completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and a specialised Rest and Restore module, I now also teach restorative yoga to help increase flexibility, mobility, and relaxation. I enjoy guiding participants through supported poses using props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets, helping them reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement.
My goal is to help every participant build confidence, strength, and balance — both physically and mentally — in an environment that feels safe, encouraging, and empowering.
