2 - 10 Years of combined education and experience. Find out more.
My name is Patrick Leou, and I am a Personal Trainer and Exercise Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping people improve their health, fitness, strength, and overall wellbeing. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of clients, from those new to exercise through to older adults, athletes, and individuals managing various health conditions.
I have previously worked as an Exercise Therapist with the Multiple Sclerosis Society, where I gained valuable experience designing safe and effective exercise programs for people with different physical abilities and medical needs. This experience has given me a strong understanding of rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and the importance of tailoring every program to the individual.
I have a particular passion for sports performance and athletic development. I currently work with athletes from a variety of sporting backgrounds, including volleyball, tennis, boxing, and martial arts, helping them improve their strength, power, speed, endurance, mobility, and injury resilience. My goal is to help athletes perform at their best while reducing the risk of injury and supporting long-term development.
My approach is simple: I believe exercise should be safe, practical, enjoyable, and sustainable. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, I help my clients build long-term habits that support lasting health and fitness results.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, improve mobility, enhance sporting performance, recover from injury, or simply feel healthier and more confident, I will work with you to develop a personalised plan that suits your goals, lifestyle, and abilities.
I am passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves and providing the support, knowledge, and accountability needed to achieve lasting results.
