I am an experienced movement and strength coach with over 15 years in the health and fitness industry, working with individuals across Australia from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and stages of life.
I am the founder of Body Intuition, a practice centred on intelligent, adaptive movement and long-term wellbeing.
My work focuses on restoring strength, alignment, and confidence through functional movement, strength training, and recovery-focused practices that support the body as an integrated system. I specialise in working with individuals who may be returning to exercise, managing pain or injury, navigating periods of increased stress or life transition, or seeking a sustainable approach to health beyond short-term fitness goals.
I take an evidence-informed, client-centred approach, designing programs that are responsive to each individual’s needs, capacity, and health history. My coaching emphasises quality of movement, progressive strength development, nervous system regulation, and recovery — supporting not only physical performance, but resilience, vitality, and ease in the body.
Throughout my career, I have worked in a range of settings including studios, private facilities, in-home environments, and online, allowing me to support clients nationally through personalised programming and coaching. I am particularly passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, move with confidence, and build strength that enhances daily life and long-term health.
