I’m a Physiotherapist, ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Personal Trainer with a diverse background across clinical practice, elite sport, and fitness. My journey into physiotherapy was far from traditional — I began as an electrician before discovering a deep passion for human movement, injury prevention, and athletic performance while playing local AFL and training in a sports science environment.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to becoming a well-rounded clinician and performance coach. My professional experience spans private practice, elite junior and senior football programs (VFL, Coates Talent League, VAFA), university-level sport, and my own online performance and rehab business — PRE.FIT.
Currently, I work as a Physiotherapist at Peak Physiotherapy in Deepdene, while continuing my involvement as Head Physiotherapist with ACU at the UniSport Nationals. My key strengths lie in movement analysis, musculoskeletal rehab, sports injury management, athlete development, and leading in high-performance environments.
My career goal is to become a Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist in the AFL within the next five years, where I can combine clinical expertise with athletic performance to help athletes return stronger and stay in the game.
