Hi, I'm Karli, a qualified Personal Trainer and online coach passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their bodies again.
As a mum myself, I understand how difficult it can be to prioritise your own health while juggling work, children, and the demands of everyday life. I specialise in supporting busy mums, postpartum women, and those wanting to lose weight, build healthy habits, or simply get back on track after time away from exercise.
My coaching approach focuses on creating realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes, helping my clients build confidence and enjoy movement again.
I am currently undertaking a Certificate IV in Nutrition to further expand my knowledge and provide evidence-based support to my clients on their health and wellness journey.
