i have always wanted to be a personal trainer , during mid year of 2023 i was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, and the neurologist recommends that my training will slow the progression.in 2024 i won a scholarship to Fit College to complete my cert 3&4 in fitness.my mission is to train people from all walks of life and capabilities
