Training is built around progressive overload, lifting with purpose, and the key movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, carry), smartly programmed to incorporate adequate recovery so your body can actually adapt.
What works before 40 doesn’t always work after 40, but that doesn’t mean ditching cardio or group fitness (I still love running and marathons!). Instead, I use periodised training so you can do the things you love and help you look great, feel strong and capable for years to come.
