I’m an Exercise and Sports Scientist with a strong foundation in human movement, health, and performance. I’ve completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and will begin my Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Newcastle in 2026.
My coaching and programming are guided by current ESSA and AusActive standards, focusing on strength development, functional movement, body recomposition, and long-term behaviour change. I work primarily with women who are navigating life transitions, mental health challenges, and neurodivergence, helping them build confidence, resilience, and consistency in their training.
My approach combines evidence-based exercise prescription with a strong understanding of individual needs, whether the goal is improving strength, restoring movement capacity, or rebuilding healthy habits after burnout or fatigue. Sessions are tailored, accessible, and designed to meet people where they’re at.
With a lived experience of ADHD and CPTSD, I bring empathy, structure, and flexibility into every client interaction. I’m passionate about helping others feel capable, empowered, and in control of their health, without the pressure of perfection.
