Juanita is a Yoga Medicine® trained teacher who blends traditional yoga practices with evidence-based tools to offer individual therapeutic and tailored sessions, seeking to empower clients of all backgrounds through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, to support strength, balance, and overall well-being.

With over 30 years of personal practice, Juanita understands how Yoga practices can sustain and improve health, resilience and wellbeing, even during life’s busiest and most challenging times.

Passionate about working in collaboration with others Juanita offers one-on-one sessions and small group classes adapted to individual needs and goals whilst working closely with allied health professionals to support client care.

Juanita’s passion lies in making yoga accessible to everyone, not just the flexible. She supports clients in injury recovery, stress management, and cultivating everyday resilience, aiming to help them feel stronger, more balanced, and deeply connected in both body and mind.
