I am a passionate group exercise instructor and personal trainer with seven years of experience in the fitness industry, and I recently relocated to Perth after living in Scotland for 13 years. I love helping people discover the joy of movement and improve their health through fun, welcoming and inclusive workouts.
Over the years I have delivered a wide range of classes including functional training, circuits, HIIT, core, Metafit, HIIT step, and indoor cycling. My specialties include Zumba (Basic, Kids and Gold), as well as Les Mills programs such as RPM and BodyBalance. I enjoy creating classes where people of all fitness levels feel comfortable, build confidence and enjoy the process of becoming more active.
My approach to fitness is also shaped by my background in nutrition and dietetics. Through my studies and clinical experience working alongside healthcare teams, I developed a strong interest in overall wellbeing and the important role movement plays in supporting both physical and mental health.
I believe exercise should feel empowering rather than intimidating. My goal is to create a positive environment where participants feel encouraged, supported and able to move at their own pace while still challenging themselves. Seeing people leave class smiling, feeling stronger and more confident is what motivates me most.
