I've spent years immersed in fitness because I genuinely love it, and I love helping people find their place in it. I also know firsthand what it's like to be sidelined by injury, which is why injury prevention, smart and sustainable training is at the core of everything I do.
My qualifications span personal training, sports coaching, performance nutrition, strength systems, conditioning, high performance mental skills, and mental health first aid — because great coaching isn't just about the physical. You show up as a whole person and you're being supported as one.
