Cianne is a comprehensively trained Clinical Pilates practitioner, mentor and educator with over 15 years immersed in the method. She holds a Diploma in Pilates through Polestar Pilates, and is a Level 1 Practitioner with the Pilates Alliance Australasia (PAA) and a Level 2 Pilates Method Teacher with AusActive.

She is also actively involved in educating the next generation of instructors through Polestar’s Pilates education pathway.

Cianne’s teaching style is calm, attentive and rooted in clinical principles - with a strong focus on movement mechanics, whole-body integration, and nervous system awareness. Her work supports clients across a wide range of needs, from injury rehabilitation and chronic condition management to strength development and performance.

Her vision for HEILEN is to offer a grounded, intelligent Pilates space where each client feels seen, supported, and empowered through every phase of life.
