In the process of completing my Bachelor’s degree in High Performance Sport which at the conclusion of will make me an Accredited Exercise Scientist and Level 2 Australian Strength and Conditioning Coach.
• Strong understanding of exercise prescription for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and return-to-work programs
• Ability to conduct functional assessments and identify movement limitations or injury risks in occupational settings
• Effective communication skills to educate clients on safe exercise techniques and promote long-term behavioural change
• Experience with Athletic populations for High performance outcomes
• Experience working with diverse populations, including injured clients and individuals with varying fitness levels
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety principles and their application to physical activity and manual tasks
• Highly organised and reliable, with the ability to manage client programs, track progress, and meet professional deadlines
