Hi, I’m Taylor – a personal trainer passionate about helping women feel strong, capable and confident in their bodies.
I specialise in strength training, including pre and post-natal clients, and love supporting all women as they start or return to exercise in a safe and supportive way. My approach focuses on building strength, improving movement and helping clients create sustainable habits that fit into real life.
I offer personal training and small group sessions from my home studio in Edmonton & you can also book me at 360 Fitness Group in Gordonvale. Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after having a baby, or looking to build strength and confidence in the gym, shed off a bit of body fat or build some muscle & shape, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported and empowered.
My sessions combine practical coaching, evidence-based strength training and a personalised approach so every client can progress at their own pace. I believe exercise should enhance your life, not overwhelm it, and that building strength is one of the most powerful ways to improve both physical and mental wellbeing.
