2 - 10 Years of combined education and experience. Find out more.
I am a highly experienced remedial massage therapist and accredited exercise scientist with over 20 years of clinical practice and more than 25,000 hands-on treatments delivered. I specialise in supporting clients across a broad range of needs, from pain relief and injury management to performance enhancement and movement optimisation.
My practice, Heal Young Massage, is grounded in evidence-informed therapeutic care. I combine a strong understanding of musculoskeletal function, fascial dynamics, and movement assessment with advanced treatment techniques. My holistic approach integrates remedial massage, diagnostic assessment, functional movement analysis, and personalised treatment planning to help clients feel stronger, move better, and live pain-free.
Alongside private clinical work, I have supported athletes at elite and sub-elite levels, including professional rugby league and athletic teams. I work with everyone from competitive athletes to individuals managing chronic or acute pain. Treatments may include deep tissue therapy, trigger point release, myofascial release, taping, dry needling, aromatherapy, and functional movement coaching, tailored to each client’s goals.
My professional journey includes formal qualifications in remedial massage and exercise science, extensive postgraduate development, and hands-on roles as a medical team member at major sporting events. I consistently invest in professional growth, completing over 200 hours of continuing education annually, and have invested more than $70,000 in clinical and assessment equipment.
I am now relocating to the Gold Coast, Queensland, where I will continue operating Heal Young Massage, providing specialist therapeutic services, movement assessments, and individualised treatment plans for everyday clients and athletes.
My mission is to deliver effective, evidence-based therapy that relieves pain, restores movement confidence, and supports long-term wellbeing.
